Dental Bridges

Dental bridges are dental prostheses used to replace one or more missing teeth. They are designed to restore chewing function and improve the aesthetic appearance of the smile. A dental bridge consists of artificial teeth, called pontics, that are attached to structures that cover adjacent teeth, known as abutments.
There are different types of dental bridges:
Fixed Bridge: It remains in place and can only be removed by a dentist. Pontics and abutments can be made of materials such as ceramic, porcelain fused to metal, metal, or composite resin.
Removable Bridge:
It can be removed by the patient for cleaning. They are usually attached to the teeth with hooks or clips.
